These Terms & Conditions (βTermsβ) govern your use of the websites, digital products, courses, workshops, coaching programs, and online learning platforms operated by Susanna Ina Adelia Tanni Tmi (βCompany,β βwe,β βour,β or βusβ).

2. Digital Products, Online Courses & Access
All products are delivered digitally via Kajabi or related online platforms. Delivery details appear at checkout.
Personal Use License
Your access is personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial.
You may not share login details, distribute materials, upload content to other platforms, or use any content for AI model training without explicit written permission.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized use.
Community Conduct
You agree not to engage in:
β harassment or abuse
β illegal activity
β intellectual property violations
β sharing harmful or malicious content
β spamming or unsolicited promotional activity
β sharing your account or login credentials
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
3. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers Only)
EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right unless they:

expressly acknowledge that starting delivery waives the right to withdraw.
Most purchases begin immediately, which legally ends the withdrawal right.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Payment Plans
Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or other secure payment processors.
We do not store card information.
Subscriptions (Recurring Billing)
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.
No refunds are issued for previous payments.
Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access.
β Payment Plans (Fixed Installments)
A payment plan is not a subscription and not a monthly βcancel anytimeβ option.
It is a binding commitment to pay the full purchase price, divided into scheduled installments.
By choosing a payment plan, you agree to:
β pay all installments in full, regardless of your participation or continued access
β maintain accurate and valid billing information
β ensure your payment method has sufficient funds on each due date
All installments remain due in full even if you:
β stop using the product or program
β do not log in
β change your mind
β decide the program is not right for you
β fail to complete modules
β delete or lose access to your account
β cancel your card
β fail to update an expired or replaced card
β miss payment reminder emails
β do not respond to contact attempts regarding payment issues
If an installment fails, we may:

retry the charge using the stored payment method

request updated payment details

suspend or revoke access until payments are current

apply administrative recovery costs or late fees where permitted by law

refer the unpaid balance to a collections agency in accordance with applicable law
Initiating a chargeback for a valid payment plan may result in:
β permanent termination of access
β documentation being submitted to your bank or payment processor
β recovery actions for any outstanding balance, including applicable fees
All statutory consumer rights remain fully intact.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Unless explicitly stated at checkout:

No refunds are issued once access is granted.

All payment plan installments must be paid in full.
