With over two decades of experience in the field of trauma healing and personal transformation, I am the founder of the TraumaNeuro Method.
I'm a woman who crew up in a world where emotions were "for pussies."
Signs of weakness, signs of being an undesirable woman or a ridiculous man.
Emotions were forbidden. Something that would cause troubles, maybe punishment and always withdrawing of approval and connection from my parents.
So I hated emotions. I learned to hide them.
Little did I know that those unwanted and suppressed emotions would cost me my mental health, two burn outs, two bankruptcies, my hormonal health, a million dollars, self-confidence and happiness.
That those f*ckers were the only reason why I self sabotaged, stayed in toxic relationships, procrastinated, hated my self, was poor and unsuccessful for DECATES!
But when I finally. after studying and healing my self for almost 20 years learned how to be with them ... I FINALLY LEARNED TO BE WITH HAPPINESS AND WEALTH!
