My Approach
As a TraumaNeuro Coach Trainer, my work is centered around helping individuals heal from deep-seated traumas and emotional wounds, understand their emotional triggers, and build healthier, more meaningful relationships.
The core of my practice is the TraumaNeuro Method, a unique, neuroscience-based approach that integrates somatic practices, implicit memory work, and emotional regulation techniques.
What Makes My Approach Different
Unlike many traditional methods that focus primarily on the mind or use a one-size-fits-all approach, the TraumaNeuro Method is deeply personalized and holistic.
Here’s what sets it apart:
Neuroscience-Based Healing:
The method is grounded in the latest research on the nervous system and trauma. It’s designed to work with the body's natural processes, leveraging the principles of neuroplasticity to create lasting change.
Somatic Practices:
Recognizing that trauma is stored in the body, we use techniques that engage the body directly.
This includes practices like pendulation and titration, which help to gently release stored trauma and restore balance to the nervous system.
Implicit Memory Work:
Implicit memories are unconscious memories that can significantly influence our behaviors and emotional responses. The TraumaNeuro Method includes strategies to access and integrate these memories, allowing for profound emotional healing.
Through this approach, I help individuals not only heal from their past but also unlock their true potential and live a life of fulfillment, joy, and meaningful connections.
